So impressed with the service and personnel at this dealership! I ordered a cargo rack but through no fault of the staff, it didn't arrive on schedule and I really needed it for an upcoming weekend camping trip. Lisa bent over backward to try to find another one for me. She really went out of her way to help me and her effort alone meant a great deal. In the end I did get my cargo rack which really saved the weekend.

I bought my Forester here a few years ago. Car buying is not my favorite thing to do but they made it as pleasant as possible. I also bring the car here for service and they are always professional, friendly and honest. The "check engine' light had been coming on intermittently for several months and they were able to diagnose it as a problem with the catalytic converter. I was not aware that it was still covered under warranty - they could have easily charged me for it as part of my 30k service but didn't.
